Dr. Arlen Raoul Liberis Sr.
Dr. Raoul Liberis was born on the island nation of Haiti. He was raised in a Christian home and became a follower of Christ on March 22, 1968.
He moved to Brighton, Michigan in 1977 and attended high school there. After high school, Dr. Liberis attended Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor Michigan.
Dr. Liberis met his wife, Elsie, at a K-Mart service desk in Brighton. He calls her his "Blue Light Special". They married and have three children; two daughters, a son; and 4 wonderful grandchildren.
He and his wife were called to go back to Haiti in 1987 to establish Caribbean Fellowship Ministries.
